Immigration Search

An immigration bond is a financial guarantee that allows a detained immigrant to be released from custody while their case is being processed.

A delivery bond is only issued when the detained immigrant is not considered a threat to public safety. This allows the individual to be released from custody with the condition that they show up for all immigration court hearings.

A voluntary departure bond allows the individual to leave the U.S. voluntarily by a specified date with the condition that if they do not leave the United States, the bond amount is forfeited.

Bonds for aliens detained by ICE may be posted at ICE ERO bond acceptance offices nationwide

• Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am – 3pm (except public holidays)
• You must have the last name of the detainee and alien registration number before calling.
• Acceptable forms of payment to post a bond are money orders, cashier’s checks or certified checks.
• For all bonds $10,000 and over, the only accepted method of payment is a single cashier check or certified check.
• Payments must be made payable to “U.S. Department of Homeland Security” or “Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”
